Russia's Wagner paramilitary group claims to have raised a Russian flag over the destroyed eastern city. It says that gives it "legal" control, but Kyiv insists its forces are still holding the town. The deadly fight for Bakhmut has been raging for months with Wagner supporting Russian troops. The group's leader posted a video of himself holding a flag, he says is dedicated to a pro-russian blogger killed on Sunday. FRANCE 24's correspondent in Kyiv, Gulliver Cragg, tells us more.
