Intense fighting rages in eastern DR Congo • FRANCE 24 English

In eastern DR Congo, fierce fighting is still raging between the army and M23 rebels. They have been clashing particularly in the Masisi and Lubero areas of North Kivu. The Congolese army says it has launched a counteroffensive after the M23 captured the strategic town of Masisi.
