Cake Mix Cookies!

Cake mix cookies are the ultimate no hassle treat! You can whip them up in a moment an have delicious soft cookies in no time. I’ve included a phenomenal from scratch version that’s a must try in the post too! I added sprinkles to mine but chocolate chips or nuts work well too.

Everyone seems to have a box of cake mix hanging out in the pantry but it can be used for more than just cake! Cake mix is great for making soft chewy cookies that might just have a healthy dose of rainbow sprinkles in them! It's the ultimate easy cookie recipe.
I've got to say the from scratch version I bake is definitly one of my favorite cookies, soft, perfectly sweet with all that real vanilla. Really really nice, and of course you can mix up the dry ingredients, pop them into a bag and break them out whenever you want on demand but homemade cookies!
